As a guide, installation costs are based on £600 per day. Average install time is two days, but this can vary depending on server configuration and specific needs.

Installation

Installation of server software can be a time consuming task, especially if technicians need to spend time researching the procedures.

We offer local or remote installation of open-source VLE software, including Moodle, and all pre-requisites (for example, Apache and MySQL) onto a Linux platform, or onto a Windows platform as required.

Our experience and expertise can save a great deal of time and energy, and is often a very cost effective alternative to spending valuable technician time on this one off task.

If you decide you would prefer your own technicians to install the relevant software on your own server, they will find our Technical Administration sessions extremely useful, as every required step in the process is covered.
