VLE Middleware offers a range of services, which can be tailored to your particular strategic and pedagogic needs.  We will make initial visits and undertake detailed discussions to help you determine these needs.

We realise that institutions are all unique and their needs diverve, so services are individualised for each client, but may well include some of the features listed below.

• Installation of Moodle, including setting up the administrative basics. We can work with your technical specialists to determine the best configuration of hardware and software so you can host Moodle on site. Peace of mind comes with the knowledge that you will have full documentation on all installations and a service level agreement. Alternatively we can take the pressure off and host your entire Moodle on your behalf at Kidderminster. This option may suit small institutions and training providers or early trials. 

• Training in the technical and non-technical administration of Moodle and its use in teaching and learning. Online support for all training plus examples of Moodle teaching and learning in action.

• Shibboleth single sign on solutions including full Installation and configuration, plus federated access.
